Reverend Francis Menei | Spiritual Director Emeritus | † 1938-2019

Upon his retirement in June, 2014, Father Menei dedicated his time to our Special Needs Pilgrimages, offering daily Mass for the Association. The former Director of the Prison System Chaplaincy for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and pastor of St. Richard’s Catholic Church in Manheim, Father now resides at the Harrisburg Diocese Priest Retirement Center.
