When you request or order a product from LourdesVolunteers.org, or register on our website to receive information, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information. We will also maintain a record of your product purchases. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone or email to address questions or issues specific to your order. eCommerce Terms & Conditions

This information pertains to book sales only. Lourdes Water is never sold and is always our gift to you. Pilgrimage application and payment requires additional Terms and Conditions specific to travel and volunteer service.

Sales Tax

LourdesVolunteers.org is required to collect New York State sales tax on all orders shipped with a delivery address in the state of New York. 

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and packaging requested. USPS rates apply only to domestic orders shipped within the United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. 

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands may incur higher charges and longer delivery times.

All in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will be notified immediately if your order will experience a delay. 

If your shipping charges at checkout do not look correct, please call: (315)476-0026 and we can double check the shipping rates for accuracy. 

Media Mail

Be advised: the USPS does not guarantee the delivery of Media Mail within a specified time and does not include any insurance. Average delivery within the continental US is 2-8 days. Media mail to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and US territories will be longer.

International Orders

LourdesVolunteers.org regrets that we cannot ship directly outside the US at this time. 

For International orders, you must contact us (315) 476-0026 or info@LourdesVolunteers.org for a special price quote.

If check-out will not accept your address please call (315) 476-0026 and we can manually check postage rates and process your credit card for your order plus cost of shipping. 

Returns and Exchange Policy

Due to the unique products that we offer, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed. LourdesVolunteers.org is dedicated to serving our customers. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your order so we can remedy any problems.
